ENVIRONMENTAL COMMUNICATION INSTRUMENTS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY INTEGRATION

Improve environmental policy planning and implementation processes, by developing environmental communication instruments and stake-holder groups participation and collaboration.

OBJECTIVES 1) Assess trends of environmental communication (EnCom) instruments development and their integration, thus preparing basis for wider facilitated stake-holder discussion 2) Identify major stake-holder groups and conduct collaborative research for their integration into policy formulation.3) Optimize EnCom processes in state agencies through integrative approach 4) Identify opportunities of cross-sectoral policy integration driving forces. 5 )Develop capacity of decision-makers for env. policy integration and use of EnCom instruments, and build policy research capacity in general.
